The work was particularly difficult as the steps had to be reduced in step depth [due to my disability] over a very short length and was done to my complete satisfaction. Extra bricks and slabs were required to complete the job and I was informed of that fact which I agreed to. Oakencroft were excellent. Came when they said they would. Notified us in advance if they were delayed at all (traffic when coming to do the quote). Certainly recommend and will use them again in the future.
